Praise the Lord. I’m seeking prayer for the next chapter God is preparing me for in my life, specifically as it relates to my current job/career of 13 years. I am blessed that God has allowed me to maintain my job in the research field in light of so many layoffs, but I truly feel that I am not mentally and physically present at home to properly care for my husband and children, and work is truly a struggle most days (not just the workload/long nights but some of the topics I am asked to examine that are not aligned with my beliefs as a follower of Christ). I am considering resigning and taking the summer off from working outside the home to focus on my family and regroup to see what God has in store for me. My family is in a good financial place (to God be the glory), but I am truly terrified about taking this leap of faith. Please pray for me as I continue to ask the Holy Ghost to lead, guide, and direct my path. Thank you, and God Bless!
