✝️ The More I See ✝️
Part 2
(Ephesians 5 • 1 Thessalonians 5:12 • Acts 2:42–47)
Father in Heaven,
I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…
In this dispensation of time
teaches 👍🏾us🕊️to walk wisely,
teaches 👍🏾us🕊️ to redeem the time,
To understanding what the will of the Lord is.
So ministry fulfills joy in it.
Through activities full of light.
Between gatherings of peace.
Knowing through You ✝️ Lord,
a conversation heals somebody.
Shared meals for somebody
To settle the heart, the mind
Towards satisfaction of our stomach
yet the greater, our souls.
Through conversations and
a simple invitation to
somebody🕊️ familiar
For a moment of laughter
Restoration
Reconciliation
Yet ultimately ministry!
So the more I see, Father,
the more I see possibilities.
Of such laughter becoming medicine
For someone through
Youth gatherings that build identity.
Family events that restore connection.
Sermon centered upon course corrections
Workshops that prepare leaders
to prepare leaders for more
defined directions towards
Christ✝️ and His✝️ Church
Fitness groups that strengthen our discipline
Spiritually, naturally, and financially
Prayer breakfasts that strengthen unity
through Community meals
that welcome people in.
Creative nights filled with testimony, music, poetry, and truth.
Mentorship where wisdom is shared.
among those who thought no one cared
Service projects where the church
becomes more visible in the city.
God✝️ this is Not
entertainment without purpose—
Yet church fellowship with impact.
Unto experiences
of healthy fellowship,
to help 👍🏾us🕊️ “see”
what Christ✝️ and His✝️ Church
can look like.
Who they can be like
As they live life
Like,
a 21st century Philippian Church
Far fetched Father✝️,
Yes but You✝️ are with us
To perform it
To norm’ it among us
According to 1 Thessalonians,
as we teach others
to esteem one another rightly
more than ourselves
to get to know those
who labour among us in leadership
To honor those who’s gone before us.
To value leadership.
Value service.
and value those
who quietly help keep the church moving.
So God✝️ the more I “see”,
the more I understand
that ministry is not built
by one person alone.
and the more others
can begin to see the truth
who might get us wrong
so excellence and clarity
can live among us as we
continue steadfastly together.
So Lord✝️,
let our church⛪️
continue to be known
not only for what we preach—
but for no how we fellowship.
How we “welcome”.
How we encourage.
How we include
What we build as contributions
to good memories.
How we create “good ground”
for healing, growth, and purpose.
And Father,
for 👍🏾us🕊️ specifically,
let the enjoyment of fellowship
remain covered in Your✝️ wisdom.
Unto productivity.
Light.
and aligned
through Your Word✝️.
In Jesus Christ✝️ name I pray and give thanks.
Amen.
