✝️ For Good ✝️

A Spoken-Word Prayer
(Ephesians 5 • Romans 8:28)

Father in Heaven,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…

Tonight I come before You
with a simple, steady focus
To help us identify in me
and understand what I mean
“for good.”

Which is more than
Just good intentions.
More than just
good moments.
Yet a life in the light
that is committed
to doing good
in Your sight;
while knowing
that all things work together
for good
among us that love You✝️,
to them who are called,
and even among 👍🏾us🕊️
Who seek to fulfill
Your✝️ purpose.

So Father, let my intent toward 🕊️
and toward the church⛪️
be anchored in this good.

Good that builds.
Good that lasts.
Good that leaves something behind
stronger than what was there before.

Let me be mindful, Lord,
that “good” is not random.
It’s consistent
with who you are.
It’s understanding through
👍🏾us🕊️ toward the church
What a beneficial effect is
It’s understanding
what it means to be protected
So I pray this will be 👍🏾our🕊️
Continual example.
A Godly sample
Of the scripture
among us
in real 🕊️ life

This is shaped by Your Word✝️.
It’s guided by Your Spirit.
It’s a time tested proof
Of your faithfulness
lived among us over time
through how I live,
how I lead,
and how I love.

So may your Ephesians,
teach me to walk wisely—
not as a fool,
but as one who understands
what your Will✝️ is.

Through steps measured.
Carefully
Speech spoken
Prayerfully.
Yet that type of
conduct to reflect
that learning Christ✝️
Is like that!
Like what it looks like
In this world,
Because if I am to do good,
then it must be done Your✝️ way.
as the Way of truth
Unto eternal life.
So Father, for 🕊️—
let the good I do
be safe and never in vain.

Safe in intention.
Safe in action.
Safe in my reaction.
Safe in how I handle her value,
her leadership,
her presence in the church,
and what You are building in her.

Let me leave among us ⛪️
good memories.

That are not forced.
Nor fleeting.
But moments rooted in peace,
Clarity,
Respect,
and in truth.
So, let my Memories
left speak well
when I am not around.
Let these these be memories
unto our consciences
to strengthen what is strained,
bring Truth✝️ to what is vain,
and ensure consistency
remains the same
In 👍🏾this🕊️holy vessel
as we reflect on
Your✝️ goodness,
without ego.
