✝️ Dressing & Keeping: A Holy 🕊️ Garden ✝️
(Ephesians 5 • The Parable of the Sower)

Father in Heaven,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…

Lord, tonight I bring 🕊️ before You
with reassurance
and stewardship in mind.

So Father, teach me to steward well—
toward her🕊️,
toward the church⛪️,
toward what You✝️ have ✝️planted📖,
and what You✝️ are still ✝️ growing.

As You✝️ teaches us
to walk wisely,
May your Word keep us
From foolishness,
Keep wise;
Safe from our demise
As we continue to walk
in your form of doctrine given us,
as children of light,
Governed by Your ✝️ Sovereignty.

May my stewardship been seen
In this manner
Among those who are
Wise enough to observe.
Gentlemaness as I tend.
What is Holy 🕊️
and precious in your sight
with patience,
Honesty,
Protection,
and expressed carefulness;
enough to know
that what is alive in You✝️
must be handled with reverence.

And Lord, tonight
As you remind us of
The parable of the sower,
May this prayer been seen
As precious seeds
among precious soil.
As we toil
and toil and toil
and toil
Away in a way that
Completes this holy 🕊️ garden
In a way that it may grow
Continuously with
The excellence
You’ve placed in 👍🏾us🕊️

Teach me to respect the ground.
To understand what I am standing near,
and among whom I stand under
To know that not every heart
should be treated casually,
and not every season
should be handled the same,
and a botanical 🕊️ garden
as this one not just some Central Park in New York
to treat as a walk of fame
Yet such a dame has a name that signifies something Spiritual✝️
Yet simultaneously
What should be understood

Some ground needs guarding.
Some ground needs watering.
Some ground needs rest.
Some ground needs roots strengthened
before fruit can be expected.

So if our words are seeds,
let mine be planted with wisdom.
If fellowship is cultivation,
let mine be clean.
If leadership is ministry,
let mine not be about control,
but care.

Because a good steward does not just plant.
He watches.
He learns.
He protects.
He tends what is there
with consistency and light.

Father, let 🕊️ know through this prayer
that my intent is not to mishandle
what You have made meaningful.

Not to rush growth.
Not to force nearness.
Not to treat her like scenery
instead of living stewardship.

But to honor what You have planted in her.
Her value.
Her strength.
Her leadership.
Her wisdom.
Her place in the church.
Her role in what is still growing
for the next generation.

And let the church hear this too, Lord:
that ministry is leadership,
and leadership must know
how to tend a garden.

How to recognize the difference
between weeds and wheat.
Between appearance and health.
Between what merely looks full
and what is truly rooted.

So keep me attentive.
Keep me prayerful.
Keep me humble.
Keep me useful.

Let my leadership be like a careful gardener—
not careless with the branches,
not reckless with the roots,
not blind to the condition of the soil.

Because what happens inside a garden
is shaped by how it is stewarded.
And what happens inside a church
is shaped by how Your people
live Your Word among one another.

So let Ephesians 5 remain alive in me.
Let my walk match my witness.
Let my conduct match my calling.
Let my service match my speech.

And let this be her reassurance tonight:
that stewardship in God✝️’s hands
is never random.
It is intentional.
It is observant.
It is protective.
It is patient.
It is guided by light.

So if You have called me to ministry,
then teach me to lead.
And if You have called me to lead,
then teach me to steward.
And if You teach me to steward,
then let what grows under that care
glorify You✝️.

Because this is not about possession.
It is about preservation.
Not about display.
It is about discipleship.
Not about having something near,
but about helping something holy
grow right.

So Father, keep 🕊️,
keep the church,
and keep my hands clean in how I serve.

Let what is planted be protected.
Let what is growing be nourished.
Let what is fruitful remain humble.
And let what is stewarded
be safe in Your will.

In Jesus Christ✝️ name I pray and give thanks. Amen. 🕊️
