Requesting prayer for issues with my job. I accepted a new position. The people I interviewed with were fine. However, when i had a meet/greet with Team Lead who I did not interview with, I saw red flags. I messed up by not paying attention to the red flags. I accepted the job and there has been micromanaging, control of every aspect of my activity to work and inability to know how to deal professionally and politely with the team. I have tried to extend grace but my peace is being jeopardized and I have not been feeling well physically. I have been dealing with this for 2 months. I asked for a waiver to leave the position. I pray that I find the right fit and a new job quickly. I pray for favor with my management. I pray others in the office, corroborate my experiences because they have witnessed my concerns. I pray that while the Lord is working this for my good, that there will not be any mean-spiritedness or retaliation. In Jesus’ name
