I am an introvert and I have anxiety so while it takes me a little while to warm up to people and groups of people I am still polite and friendly. At work I am hardworking, helpful and kind to everyone. My supervisor likes to spend 85% of our meeting times to gossip and I’ve been penalized for not engaging. She belittles me in front of others for not commenting on gossip, she bullies me during our one on one meetings and the other day she used micro aggressions and used the Lords name in vain. I am so overwhelmed and scared. She gives me more work than others including her tasks and it’s just a lot. Please pray for me and my situation as I continue to pray, show up to do my best each day and also seek another job. Thank you!
