My sister-in-law is 24 weeks pregnant and in the hospital because the baby is trying to make an early entrance. They're doing what they can to get her to 34 weeks, but the odds are stacked against her. They live in Kentucky and have no real support system down there. My family and her mom are all going there this weekend to help out where we can, but that's a short term solution. They're also broke because they just bought a house and haven't had a chance to build their savings back up.
