Hello Warriors, I know that some of you like to have a lot of details but that won’t be provided here. What I’m asking for is prayers for my nephew Ray who has been incarcerated for the past 17 years. We are seeking a Compassionate Release, so He doesn’t have a lawyer. He argued his case and plead for his life back on the grounds of the Compassionate Release law. He did that and the judge, rather than releasing him, decided he would give him three more years of house arrest and would not give him all the details of his release without an attorney. we can no longer afford an attorney and thry are bot giving him a public defender for this case. Our prayer and petition is that when he goes back to argue his case again that the judge will do the just thing and release him and provide full Release terms since he has served all of his time.
