We desperately need to sell our home. We worked hard to get it in great shape. It is clean and well cared for, and we’ve received lots of positive feedback.
We’ve been praying hard for a contract, but none have come in. We have an opportunity to rent it out, but truly don’t want the responsibility of being landlords and we need to sell to be able to move forward.
