I’m frustrated and stressed because of a neighbor that plays loud music every night until 4-5am. I have been dealing with this issue for over a year and I have lost so much sleep. The neighbor is extremely manipulative, he causes disruption and then goes to the leasing office and pretends he’s unaware to the leasing manager. I’m so overwhelmed with anger and frustration. I have prayed so many times for the neighbor and the situation and need relief. I would love to move but with all the political things going on my job isn’t secure.
