Hi my name is Tammy i like extra prayers God give me some relief
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with an open heart, trusting in Your love and Your promises. Lately, I’ve been feeling anxious and irritable and not my loveable self, and I don’t fully understand why. You know my body, Lord—You see what I’m going through with hypothyroidism and menopause. And the mood swings that come with it Nothing is hidden from You.
Your Word says in Philippians 4:6–7 that I should not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, I should present my requests to You—and Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. So right now, I lay all of this at Your feet.
God, You are my healer. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, “I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds.” I hold onto that promise. Let Your healing flow through my body, balance what feels off, and bring me back into peace and strength.
Father, forgive me for the moments when my emotions feel overwhelming. You know it’s not always something I can control—but I trust that Your grace covers me. Your Word says in 2 Timothy 1:7 that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Restore that soundness within me, Lord.
Jesus, You said in John 15:16 that I did not choose You, but You chose me. Thank You for choosing me, for calling me, for loving me. Since I have accepted You and surrendered my life, I trust that You are taking care of me—even now, even in this moment.
Guide me, Holy Spirit. Lead me into peace. Let Your presence calm every storm inside me. Fill me with Your stillness, Your comfort, and Your strength.
Your Word says in Psalm 23:6 that surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life—and I believe that. I trust that You are working things out on my behalf, even when I can’t see it yet.
Thank You, God, that I will begin to notice Your hand on my life more clearly. Thank You that You are shifting things for my good. I trust Your timing, Your plan, and Your perfect will.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
