I haven’t been able to enjoy a peaceful environment in a few months because of a loud neighbor. The neighbor rotates between loud music, hours of his dog barking as he plays with him or from midnight to the early morning loud tv and stomping. I’m so frustrated and have been praying for change. My property manager doesn’t seem to care and if the neighbor doesn’t move I have to deal with this until next spring. Please pray for justice, peace and strength from God. Thank you so much.
