There's a situation at work that will probably come to a head Monday or Tuesday. I don't want to spend all weekend worrying about it.

We recently changed softwares at work and with that came a few policy changes. My boss is refusing to enforce the new policies. He's actually telling my coworkers to keep following the old policies and it's resulting in double the work for me and a lot of frustration. I finally went over his head and got the corporate bosses involved yesterday. He's going to be so pissed when he finds out what I did, but I'm really hoping the corporate bosses will really light a fire under him and force him to follow the new policy.
