I’ve been suffering with debilitating health anxiety that takes over my life. Recently, I went to see a neurologist for some numbness systems on my body, they graciously saw me quickly and referred me for a brain MRI that came back clear. They also did additional tests to rule out diseases. After my second visit they reassured me that everything is okay. However, over the last few months I’ve been feeling weird tongue symptoms along with what I think slurred speech which nobody around me seems to notice. My doctor thinks it’s anxiety but my head goes to worst case scenario and it’s taking over my life. I’m desperate for your prayers to help me ease my mind but also replace this fear with peace and pray that my symptoms resolve themselves. I know anything is possible through Jesus. I’m newly pregnant with my first baby, I want to enjoy that more than anything rather than worry about my health.
