I started a new job two months ago and ever since I have been anxious , every morning when I get to drive my heart is pumping so fast , I feel empty stomach. I’ve been scared of eating thinking it will make me sick . It started to control my life . I am saved and I believe in God but I need my life back and just don’t feel anxious anymore . I had two panic attacks and it had never been like that before , it’s like no matter how much I talk to myself it is there .
Please help me pray that Hod can take this anxious thoughts away and make me new . In the name of Jesus. Amen.
