🙏🏾 Help Me Serve You✝️
(Romans 12 ✝️)
Father in Heaven,
I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name that as Your 🕊️ Holy Spirit dwells among us,
Teach 🕊️us👍🏾 what it truly means to serve — not for show, not for recognition,
but as a demonstration of Your✝️ Love.
For Your Word reminds us that the greatest expression of love to You✝️
is displayed through service to others.
Lord, help me serve to work
Make my labor an offering, my effort a form of praise.
Let compassion’s move to action
cause my hands to become my mouthpiece
From eyes that see needs and a heart that responds without hesitation as a representation of
Our Lord Jesus✝️,
Connected in service one to another
By the Father’s Spirit as one body
That came not to be ministered to but to minister,
An act of service that’s humble.
Father, keep me diligent— not lazy or sluggish,
but always looking to produce the fruit of Your vineyard.
What’s worthy of praise, a Philippian mindset
So no job is too small, too dirty, or difficult at all.
When my hands grow tired, I renew my strength;
That’s a good work that’s seemingly unnoticed,
Yet you remind me that You✝️ see.
So my joy complete in obedience alone.
And Lord, when I take on too much— teach me boundaries.
Teach me it’s OK to take care of 🕊️Home
When irritation rises, quiet my spirit with peace.
Remind me that service without balance leads to burnout,
but service led by Your Spirit builds endurance.
Help me say “no” out of wisdom,
and “yes” as I’m yielded by Your✝️ Love.
Let me not overlook my own well-being,
nor forget those closest to me while meeting the needs of others.
Help me Love✝️ wisely, serve faithfully,
and give selflessly without losing sight of the One✝️ I serve.
Father, keep me dependable— a vessel You can trust.
Let my hands be steady, my heart cheerful, my mind focused as I forsake lust.
Continually!,
Make me one who doesn’t require recognition,
But give me a desire to 🕊️recognize
and rejoice when others are lifted✝️.
Let beauty flow from my service—
the kind of beauty born from humility and grace.
This is my prayer:
That my life would be an altar of action,
my service a reflection of Your mercy,
my work a testament to Your faithfulness.
Teach me to serve to work, as unto You✝️.
The One!,
That in all I do, others might see not me—
but the love of Christ✝️ at work within me.
In Jesus Christ name I pray and give thanks.
Amen
