Remembering 👍🏾Our🕊️ Church✝️

A Spoken-Word Prayer
(2 Peter 1:12–13 • Philippians 4:9 • Proverbs 3:24)

Father in Heaven,

I pray in Jesus Christ✝️ name as Your Holy Spirit dwells…

We pause tonight in remembrance—
Without nostalgia,
but obedience to
Your Word that says it is right
to stir us up by way of
Gentle 😏 reminder👍🏾,
to keep truth alive in our hearts
while we are still walking this life.

So remind us of what You have taught us
through Your Word
and the church You placed us in.
How doctrine that steadied our thinking.
To deal with lives full of sin.
Then our Theology
that anchored our faith.
Lessons that shaped our character
when life tried to shape it another way.

Remind 🕊️ tonight
of the foundation that has been laid.

Not just words spoken from pulpits—
but principles lived out
in fellowship,
in correction,
in encouragement,
in growth.

Your Word says the things we have learned,
received,
heard,
and seen—
we should practice them.

So let what was taught
continue to live.

In our decisions.
In our speech.
In how we treat one another.
In how we walk with You✝️.

Let the memory of 👍🏾our🕊️ church
be more than history—
let it remain instruction.

A reminder that truth matters.
That doctrine protects.
That sound teaching
keeps hearts steady
when the world grows uncertain.

And Father, keep us in remembrance
of one another as well—
not as distant acquaintances,
but as people who grew together
under Your Word.

Let that shared growth remain meaningful.
Let the understanding remain clear.
Let the peace remain present.

And now, Lord,
as night settles in—
give 🕊️ rest.

Your Word promises that when we lie down
we will not be afraid,
and our sleep will be sweet.

So make her rest peaceful tonight.
Quiet her thoughts.
Guard her heart.
Let the truth she has learned
be the pillow of her peace.

And let tomorrow rise
with clarity and strength.
