I had wrist surgery to remove metal and the doctor found torn ligaments. There is risk of losing the use of my hand, but I must wait four weeks for the follow-up appointment. I am discouraged. Also , the podiatrist cannot figure out what is wrong with my toe.

I am scheduled to travel on Friday and will be taking four flights over the weekend. I am feeling anxious about flying, especially after having a dream about plane crashes.
