My job keeps taking my key players for other locations meanwhile I have major deadlines, obstacles & goals I must accomplish "or else "& my foundation/ team has been weakened tremendously.Feel I'll never make it through

Please pray for my son who is going through serious mental health issues. He just got admitted to a program and I'm praying that it will make a difference. I'm so scared because it's so hard seeing him like this. I love him so.
