Please can you pray against fiery arrows. I think

My friend's daughter has been pronouced brain dead. She is only 33. She is leaving behind her parents, a brother and a 13 year old daughter. Please pray the family will feel the Lord's presence and will find peace in this chaos.

My dad fractured his kneecap last night and is in surgery this morning. Please pray for a smooth surgery and especially the recovery as being limited will be very difficult to him and could be a big strain on my parents' marriage.
