I’ve been struggling with a condition that causes my heart to race and my nose to become severely congested, making it almost impossible to breathe properly. The doctors haven’t been able to determine what’s causing it, and some have suggested psychiatric medication. While I have nothing against those treatments, I know this condition is real — it’s not just in my mind.
