 I apologize if my name looks familiar and I reached out to ask for prayer before; I'm asking again please. I don't feel well spiritually, physically nor mentally. I want to trust God again, but I am scared. I feel so far away from God and that is my fault.

I'm still suffer with anxiety, no self worth, severe depression and hopelessness. I feel stuck and defeated by this. Please in your spare time would you pray for me. Thank you so much.
