Where I work we are facing extreme budget cuts, and the programs that I lead are being reduced substantially. Also, my boss is very difficult to work with and doesn't seem to trust anybody. I'm currently looking for a new position, not because I want to but because I think my position is dissolving slowly and I am extremely stress dealing with my leadership. I am praying for peace in my heart as all these changes occur and that if it is God's will, that I get the new position that I applied for that has great leadership and their programs are not going away.
