My boss is incredibly intimidating. She embarrassed me in front of the team today, and it felt very much like a mean girl tactic. While I usually remain patient, I can't shake the feeling that she dislikes me. Every interaction leaves me with an uncomfortable vibe. I hope the company considers allowing us to switch leads, as I'm not sure how much longer I can tolerate this situation.
