I am silently suffering in my new position right now. I haven’t grasped any of the knowledge or work flows they’ve provided me. I made a terrible mistake that’s considered a policy violation. Please pray that the department the department that evaluates the cases, overlooks this and I don’t receive one. It will break me at this point, and I don’t know how much longer I can hang on to this job feeling like this. The support is lacking and seems like a recipe for disaster. Not enough training, and pur department is set to launch on the 6th.
