I’m late in my car payment and rent and I’ve exhausted my personal resources . I was laid off in December 2024 and we just received a notice that our balconies are going to be power washed and painted & they are informing that there will be a raffle of that unit who has removed all items from the balcony, the winner will get 1 Month Free Rent!
I can certainly use a month of free rent since I’m not working at the moment.
