Prayer Request

Please pray for encouragement. I am struggling with the aging process. I am wonderfully made and blessed beyond measure. But I get a little depressed when I wake up with new aches and pains, a RX for this and a RX for that, crape skin, age spots, etc.

Lord I’m very grateful for what I have and I fear losing it. Help me take better care of body and make healthier food choices.
