My dear 90 year old mother was made ward of the state in Wisconsin for the past three years on a false dementia diagnosis. The County took all her money, 2 homes, her health (she is now an invalid because of an abusive guardian). Medical records say she does NOT have dementia but a treatable mental illness. Despite this, the County won’t let her go. I don’t want her to die a ward of the state but wish her final years be of freedom and happiness like she so much deserves. This is so heartbreaking and I cry everyday hoping and praying God will intervene. Thank you for those of you who will pray for my mom’s (Margaret) awful situation that it will end soon.
