Pray for the hearts of this country's leaders – that God will cause them to do the right things in every situation; pray that they each have such an encounter with our Lord Jesus that it will bring them to repentance, and that they will confess their faith and belief in Jesus no matter how unpopular it makes them. Pray that the children of God in this country (and around the world) will continue to keep their faith and trust in the Lord and not in those who have political or spiritual power. The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away. The Lord makes the sun and rain to fall on the just and unjust. God will have mercy on whom He will have mercy, and He will have compassion on whom He will have compassion. Lord have mercy and compassion on this country and its leaders – both political and spiritual! In Jesus' name I ask! Amen? AMEN!
