Please pray for my now – former husband – David. I am believing for repentance and ultimately restoration and healing in our marriage and family. Married for 37 1/2 yrs– he was a Pastor and had a long term affair and left me for the other party. Please pray that he would repent and be set free from the chains of sin, lies and bondage that he has allowed to overtake him. Please pray he would disdain his sin and be repulsed and want nothing to do with her and his wrong lifestyle choices and that he would sever all ties forever with her and darkness and run to Jesus. I pray she would find no pleasure in him either and they would disdain one another and that he would disdain all that he has done and choose to walk in the Truth and Light. I pray God would put people in his life to continually speak truth to him and that he would not be satisfied and that he would see his sin so clearly and only want Jesus. Please pray that he would stop believing the lies of the enemy. I pray that he would clearly see that what he thought was love with this other is steeped in lies, manipulation, based on betrayal and ungodly, dirty and empty and not redeemable.
