After two knee surgeries, I have been trying to rebuild muscle so that I can return to sports and every day activities. In three weeks, I am leaving for a four week Christian camp. i will have to do a lot of physical challenges like hiking high peaks. I do feel called to go by God, and i know that he will use this time to grow me. But after all this progress and recovery I am afraid of reinjury. so I could just use some prayer for peace of mind and for physical safety. Thank you!! God bless
