Upstairs neighbors making noise again. It sounds like they are throwing furniture and jumping directly over my head. Small bedrooms. It’s 9:55 just before quiet hours. Please pray God will move them out. People in this building tell me about horrific things including illegal activity in the building. Nobody complains, probably because they think management will do nothing. If one other resident were to complain about my upstairs neighbor, it would be easier to get them out. Please pray God will move them out. God can do it, complaints or not. Thank you.
