Please pray for God's grace, guidance. I have just received my annual evaluation from my acting supervisor, who was previously my peer. She does not seem to have a favorable view of me, and I was already nervous about the evaluation. She has been my acting supervisor for two months and has harshly criticized me, despite receiving positive feedback from my leaders and colleagues. I am unsure of how to proceed, as this situation is upsetting and could potentially affect my chances of a promotion. While I am open to constructive criticism, it is clear that personal biases are at play. God, please vindicate me and convict her to review my work, commitment, and professionalism honestly, not based on personal feelings. In Jesus' name, Amen.
