Pray that God will guide me to use my time only in ways that serve and honor Him. I've always struggled with time management and have spent many years doing too many things, or doing things I thought I should do rather than resting in God and doing only what He calls me to do. My dad was great in many ways but I grew up seeing a lot of time wasting (too much TV, a zillion unfinished projects). My husband is good with his own time but often tells me to do things I know are a poor use of my time or an unnecessarily long way of accomplishing something. Use of my time is an area where Satan has been able to work and derail me from purpose, and I need God's wisdom and a clear vision of how to spend my time and shed anything that isn't essential to His purpose.
