Me ny friends need to smoking nicotine heart n lungs are detrierorating.

We can only stop with God by our sides. Target to zero smokes over time titrate off to zero I smoke cigarettes and cigars in a 20 pack it’s addicting I wanna oke to get the initial high but I know I won’t ever find it I need to want to be like Jesus Keith Gordon green song. Stop ? ✌️?✌️?
