Well, I fed the dogs and have been up several hours and my blood pressure is 178/103 guess that is why my chest hurts this morning. I cannot take care of myself if the people I am trying to take care of, and 2 old dogs are not healthy enough for me to even get out of the house for a few minutes to walk around the block. I pray all the time; I pray for others. I sure wish I could sleep more than 3 hours.
