I would like to ask for prayer for my career. I have been in the same role for over 6 years and would like a change and hopefully make a little more money. I see others who are progressing and moving on to new roles which they deserve but I feel so inadequate. I don't know what it is about me that makes me get too comfortable in a role and not try to gain skills to move forward. I know God has a plan and I really want to trust him in this even if it means I stay where I am. I am asking for prayer and guidance from the Lord. He has blessed me in ways I could never imagine and do not want to make any hasty decisions.
