My ex and I who have lived together for economic reasons despite our divorce have now decided to move on and live separately. I agreed to be the one to move out as I do not have an attachment to the house but he does. We are trying to make this as peaceful and as smooth as possible. I, however have no idea where to go. I have a good job but I don't know if I should rent or buy or even if I can afford a place on my own with the current market climate. Please pray that God directs me in the way I should go. Thank you!
