My dear friend Latonya has stage 4 lung cancer and was admitted to ICU last Tuesday with pneumonia, sepsis, and fluid around her lungs. She is on a ventilator and fighting for her life. She is in critical condition on life support. Though this looks like an impossible situation, I know God does the impossible. I believe in the power of God and that he only needs to speak a word to heal her. I am praying that God will speak life, health, healing, and recovery over her. I am believing that God is doing a mighty thing in and through her and that she will be taken off the ventilator, she will breathe again, and that she will be able to return home to be with her family. I am seeking prayer, that other believers would join me in filling in the gap and lifting her up in prayer, that God will heal her, that her recovery will be a testimony that will strengthen the faith of believers and show God's powers to nonbelievers. I pray that God does a mighty thing in her life.
