I have been working at the same job for almost 16 years in 3 different departments. I feel that GOD has HIS hand on me and have issues working with people who don't encourage or support me with my work. I currently have a position that is new to the department and I have so much work to do so I don't have time to chit-chat like my coworkers and they have issues with me asking for help so I stopped asking. But I always ask if they need help, I always help people but I don't get the same in return. I have tried to look at positions outside of the building but to no avail! I am physically and emotionally exhausted.
Please pray that I will find something outside of here (I work in a hospital).
