Please pray for me because I'm in a difficult situation with my ex-wife. She wants to try to purchase a home but her name is on the mortgage I currently pay. I previously tried to refinance the home but it would have cost me an additional $10,000.00 not including my payment increase which I could not afford. But now, I don't know what to do.
