Dear God, we pray for unity in our marriage. In areas where the enemy tries to divide us – our finances, time, priorities, we pray that we remain united and draw close to You. Make us one, Lord, in every area and every decision. Let our union also exude Your presence and grow in us as a testimony of Your faithfulness. We are both emotionally and mentally drained and it has become so increasingly difficult to endure the hardships. But Lord, we know that You are the Lord over our marriage. In You, all things are possible. Therefore, hear our prayer, Lord. Strengthen us that we may become each other’s comfort and support. Reveal any false intimacy in our relationship and replace it with exactly what You had in mind when You created us for each other. Father, You are the way, the truth, and the life. In You, there is no deception. In the same way, we ask of You today to show us how to live and love in truth. Remind us to be honest and yet gentle during confrontations and discussions. May we be honest about our sins and keep each other accountable. Allow us to stand righteous before you in one flesh. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
