I’m overwhelmed with the issues with my upstairs neighbors. I’ve told the apartment managers about the situation and provided evidence and the issues still continue. The neighbors continue to lie and instead of helping the leasing manager continues to gaslight me and do nothing. I’m tired and I don’t have peace.
