Asking for prayers for my 17 year old son. He is a senior in high school and is having an extremely hard time keeping up with his classwork and grades this year. He is very bright but is struggling to stay focused and motivated. He isn't a fan of school but does understand the value. Please pray that he can find the focus and energy to turn in his missing assignments and that he takes ownership of his decisions and future. He would like to go to college and has been accepted at 3 but I do not think he is truly ready. We have encouraged him to speak to a counselor but he is not willing at the moment. Please pray that God will help him to understand that he is loved and important. Prayers for God to help us map out his immediate future and give me and my husband the wisdom and clarity to know how to help him best. Thank you for your prayers. God hears every word!
