I’m in the process of applying for a new job position which im excited about. However, because it’s in a different dept from what I’ve been doing for yesrs, they may give me lower pay instead of matching my current pay which has been giving me a little anxiety. That would really affect my finances. But this transition would be a great opportunity and I don’t want to pass it up.
