Prayer for AB’s Healing, Companionship, and Joy
(Entwined with Scripture and Saintly Intercession)

O Lord our God,
Thou who healest the broken in heart and bindest up their wounds (Psalm 147:3),
Hear now the cry lifted on behalf of Thy servant AB, who walks through the valley of loneliness and sorrow.
Let not her heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27),
For Thou, O Lord, art her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Send forth Thy guiding light, that she may find a companion after Thine own heart—
Kind, loving, patient, and full of grace,
A man who shall love her as Christ also loved the church (Ephesians 5:25),
Who shall behold her flaws and yet call her beloved.

As Thou didst send Tobias to Sarah, in the company of thine holy angel Raphael (Tobit 6–8),
So we beseech Thee, Lord, to appoint for AB a godly spouse,
And may Saint Raphael, patron of joyful meetings and holy marriages,
Intercede with us, that her waiting may become a song of thanksgiving.

And as Ruth found kindness in Naomi and Boaz,
May AB find her people—friends who shall not exploit her gentleness,
But love her as their own soul (1 Samuel 18:1),
With hearts bound in faith, laughter, and peace.

Holy Mary Magdalene, who knew both weeping and worship,
Pray for AB, that her tears may turn to joy.
Saint Dymphna, comforter of the afflicted, stand with her in her silent hours.
Saint Joseph, guardian of hearts and protector of vocations,
Bring her needs before the throne of Heaven.

May the Lord satisfy her longing soul and fill her hungry heart with goodness (Psalm 107:9),
And may she one day declare, “Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing” (Psalm 30:11).
