Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the sacred bond of marriage that You’ve created—a union where two become one, not only in body, but in spirit, in purpose, and in accountability.
As You blessed Joseph and Mary, whose union was filled with trust and obedience, bless our marriage with that same quiet strength. Let us, like Joseph, be protectors of what is holy within our home, and like Mary, carry faith and surrender in every step.
Help us—Angela and her husband—to walk in love and truth, like Priscilla and Aquila, who served side by side in Your Kingdom. Let us sharpen one another as iron sharpens iron, encouraging growth, forgiveness, and honesty. May our union be grounded in mutual respect, where we carry each other’s burdens yet take responsibility for our own hearts, our own choices, and our own walk with You.
“Can two walk together, except they be agreed?” —Amos 3:3
God, when we stumble, give us the humility to confess, the grace to forgive, and the strength to restore. As Zechariah and Elizabeth walked blamelessly before You and waited patiently in hope, may we, too, grow stronger in seasons of silence and trust.
Remind us, as You showed through Saint Monica, that intercession and perseverance carry weight in Heaven. Let our prayers for one another be steadfast, believing that no effort to love each other like Christ is ever wasted.
“Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectioned one to another…” —Romans 12:9–10
Let our family be rooted in righteousness. May our future be full of Your wisdom, our home full of Your peace, and our steps guided by Your Word. Teach us to lead and follow, to speak and to listen, to grow together under Your gaze.
And above all, may our marriage bring glory to Your name and light to those around us.
In Jesus’ holy name,
Amen.
