O Merciful and Loving Father,
I lift up this unnamed heart to Thee, for Thou knowest all things. “Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways” (Psalm 139:3).
Lord, I pray for forgiveness on their behalf. Let them turn from sin with a repentant spirit. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins” (1 John 1:9).
Bring healing to their home, O Lord. Touch their loved ones with peace and restoration. “He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions” (Psalm 107:20).
Grant them strength to overcome addiction and temptation. “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful… will with the temptation also make a way to escape” (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Provide for their needs, Lord, and preserve their livelihood. “The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure… and bless all the work of thine hand” (Deuteronomy 28:12).
And above all, let them feel Thy nearness. “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you” (James 4:8).
