Prayers Lord this past yr I have had really bad flare ups with left side mussles. I have had this issue since surgery. Indidnt understand that over working and flaring up the mussle that where damaged from surgery could cause your spine to cure. Prayers i find balance. I have set boundaries on people in the home that when I need rest I need rest. Lord Prayers I stand firm and find balance in my life so I don't cause organ failure from spine curing. Let your will be done.
