Heavenly Father,
I lift David before Thee with a sincere and steady heart. Thou seest the weight that has been placed upon him — the expectation to complete his own job and the jobs of others, the pressure to carry responsibilities that do not belong to him, and the burden of a project that has fallen behind because of mismanagement, not because of his hands.

Lord, Thou art the God of truth and order. Thy Word declares, “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace” (1 Corinthians 14:33). Bring peace into this situation. Remove every false burden from David’s shoulders. Let every misplaced responsibility be returned to the ones it belongs to.

Father, strengthen him in his spirit. Renew his mind. Let him not grow weary under the weight of other men’s tasks. Thy Word says, “The Lord is my strength and my shield” (Psalm 28:7). Be his strength now. Be his shield against blame, against confusion, and against every attempt to shift fault onto him.

Lord, let the truth rise to the surface. Let it be seen clearly that David has worked faithfully, diligently, and with integrity. Let every hidden thing be revealed. Let every crooked place be made straight. And let no weapon formed against him prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Cover our home with Thy peace. Bless the work of David’s hands. Give him clarity in what belongs to him and courage to release what does not. And Father, strengthen me as I support him — emotionally, spiritually, and in prayer. Let our unity be a hedge of protection around this family.

Fight for us, Lord, for Thy Word declares, “The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace” (Exodus 14:14).
We stand on that promise now.
